Fedora and the Re-Spins?

The Fedora Project regularly releases updates for Fedora. These updates are not included in the original Fedora media. The Re-Spins add these updates to produce new media..

When completing an install from the original Fedora media, it is necessary to download any new updates after the installation has completed. This can mean several hundred megabytes of downloads. These updates are released frequently throughout the lifetime of a Fedora release and can provide critical bug fixes. By rolling these updates into new media, the Re-Spins reduce the amount of downloading necessary after installation.
